Empowerment of Junior Youth

The years between the ages of twelve and fifteen in an individual's life are a critical period, marking the transition from childhood to youth. This age group is often referred to as "junior youth," as they are no longer children but have not yet fully entered into youthhood.

Junior youth are eager to grow and step into a world where they can contribute to the advancement of humanity. At this pivotal stage in their lives, it is crucial that their capacities are nurtured and developed. A heightened level of awareness begins to emerge, accompanied by a strong interest and desire to cultivate their talents and skills. During these short yet critical years, they start to form ideas and perspectives about themselves and society that can have a lasting impact on the course of their lives.

The junior youth require an environment that nurtures their inherent noble qualities, one that encourages their enthusiasm for learning and purposeful action. In such an environment, their moral foundation is reinforced. With this support, they are able to refine their perception, recognize the positive and negative forces at play in society, and enhance their expressive abilities, which in turn empowers them to understand and clearly articulate the world around them.

Through service projects, they gain practical experience in contributing to the progress of their community. This not only strengthens their moral framework but also fosters an optimistic outlook on life and society, leading to a deeper sense of commitment to their role in nation-building.
